A Writers Tale

Day 6 Think of your favourite food. Try to make it sound as disgusting as possible. Forced to eat this godforsaken meal yet again.  Who ever decided to mix all these saucy ingredients all together in one dish was an absolute imbecile, it just seems to melt on a plate... A sad excuse for a meal! That blend of acidic, garlic-y, tomato sauce and mince meat... Such a disgusting mix. It just ends up being a chewy gooey pile upon your plate and don't get me started on the mushrooms! Who the heck decided to pick a fungus and cut it up and eat it! It's like chewing on slugs for god sake! As if it couldn't get any worse the Italians were silly enough to make sheets of pasta! As if pasta wasn't annoying enough to eat in the first place, with it's chewy and chalky texture... it doesn't even taste of anything! Blech! Mental roadblocks The hardest thing about going down the path of a writer for me is the sitting down and concentrating and focusing and being able to catch up with my thoughts quick enough to be able to write the ideas down before they pop out of existence. I'm thinking the best way to tackle this issue is to have a wire which monitors my brain activity attached to a keyboard to collect and produce my thoughts into a visual format, so I can read over and edit it with ease. I'm kidding of course, I do not have access to that kind of technology... Pep talk to self: "So... Quit yo' Jibber Jabber, Ylana! Roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. A Peculiar Profile - The cosmic reality of the Rarr... What is the Rarr you ask? Or rather Who? The Rarr, my beautiful readers, is a little etheric ball of light, whom of which exists within the realms of the Fae... A Faerie Tale - The River and the Gnome King One bitter winter morning, the Gnome King made his way to the forest and sat by a grand Oak tree beside the everflowing river... On this day, the Gnome King was in fact fishing for his future wife and well... Quite embarrassingly he mistook the flow of the river for that future wife! He spoke to his reflection in the waters, he spoke about taking action in the rivers flow... He believed that the flow was why he would find that wife, for much of life was sustained within the flow of a river and he knew his goal and if there was one place he could find his future wife, he knew it would most definitely be within that river... What he thought to be his future wife that day was actually his fishing wire getting caught under a rock and pushed into place by the flow of the river, he tried to reel her in.
